Halff Boosts Louisiana Operations with Baton Rouge Office Expansion

BATON ROUGE, LA — Halff, an award-winning, employee-owned, diverse and full-service infrastructure consulting firm, is proud to announce the expansion of its presence in Baton Rouge with a new office location at 4467 Bluebonnet Boulevard, Suite B.

The Baton Rouge office will provide a range of services, including water resources, transportation, public works, coastal resilience and planning and landscape architecture.

Brant B. Richard, PE, serves as the operations manager for Baton Rouge. A graduate of Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Richard is a licensed professional engineer in both Louisiana and Mississippi. With more than 35 years of engineering experience in Louisiana, he brings extensive expertise in transportation design projects and business development opportunities.

In addition to the Baton Rouge location, Halff also maintains a presence in North Louisiana with an office in Shreveport.
